The essence of Ayurveda is a way of life, a holistic approach to health and well-being. It is an ancient system of rejuvenation of both the body and mind.
The treatments that we offer are based on Ayurveda’s holistic views of the body, which covers lifestyle issues, diet, mental attitudes and a person’s individual constitution.
A traditional balancing method of massage which harmonises energy in the mind and body. This therapy releases deep rooted tension, stress and depression, and regenerates one’s overall health. Massages at the Centre are performed with either Ayurvedic herbal oils or essential oils.
A treatment which balances the nervous system through the use of herbal medicated oil, dripped slowly onto the forehead. It is a very effective treatment for releasing tension. It helps the mind to be grounded, and assists with all kinds of mental imbalances.
Benefits: Helps to provide deep relaxation and helps overcome insomnia. Helps with stress, depression, mental slowness and schizophrenia. Diminishes hypertension. Helps overcome hemiplegia (paralysis). Helps against diabetic complications such as neuropathy.
A therapy used to provide relief from pain, and rejuvenate and strengthen the soft tissues, joints and muscles of the body. The Potli, or poultice, is filled with herbal oils, powders or medical concoctions which are applied and massaged over the body. Ayurvedic and natural herbs are crushed and bundled into the cloth bundles (potlis), and these warm poultices are used to massage the parts of the body to induce heating.

Yoga therapy encourages the amalgamation of the body, mind, and spirit.
In the 100 Hours Yoga Course, you will learn,
Ayurveda is the oldest and the most natural system of medicine that originated in India years ago. It is approximately 3000 years ago medicinal science. Ayurveda is derived from two words, "Ayur" means "Life" and "Veda" means "Science", thus Ayurveda describes the meaning "Science of Life" or 'Knowledge of Life'. As per Ayurvedic Science, the body is made up of five elements, i.e. Akash (Ether), Vayu (Air), Agni (Fire), Apas (Water), and Prithvi (Earth). These 5 elements create 3 doshas namely, Kapha, Vata and Pitta. When these are balanced, then an individual remains healthy and when these are imbalances, an individual remains ill. Ayurveda helps in balancing all of these to give you a healthy lifestyle.

What'll you learn?
Adjustment in yoga is also about learning the correct technique of yoga.
You'll learn,
Pancha means five in Sanskrit, and karma means actions or therapies. Each of the five therapies is a toxin-elimination technique, which targets a certain dosha. This detox program offers a lifestyle change by planting a seed within you for improved habits when you return to your everyday life. They will help to both build up your health awareness and find alignment between your body, mind and spirit.
One of the miracles of the human body is its capability to constantly rejuvenate and heal itself. However, when body energies (tridoshas) are imbalanced, due to either natural or unnatural causes, the digestive capacity is weakened, leading to the formation of toxic impurities which hinder the body’s healing capabilities. Panchakarma is used as a remedy to restore the body to its natural, inherent healing state, expelling toxins and foreign substances.
Panchakarma treatments are also offered separately by the Centre if you do not wish to take part in a package.
You can take advantage of a one-day ayurvedic experience which is combination of three treatments in the one day, which will give you a taste of ayurveda:
Abhyanga (massage)
Swedanam (steam bath)
Shirodhara (warm oil poured slowly over the forehead)
OR
Takradhara (warm buttermilk poured slowly over the forehead)
The total time for this lavish treatment is 1 hour and 45 minutes.
All of the above therapies are offered independently, or as part of our different ayurveda programs.
